Restored Vintage HANTOVER Butcher Knife Carbon Steel For Sale

This is a restored vintage Hantover butcher knife with a full tang and an 8.5-inch carbon steel blade. The handle is made of wood and the blade is made of steel. The blade is stiff. The handle is solid and tight, with no cracks. Possibly from the 1950s. It is from the 1950s and should be hand washed and thoroughly dried. The knife was manufactured in the United States by Hantover Inc Co, which are still in business.

This knife will last a lifetime.

I sharpened the blade and then honed it with a leather strop.

The handle was sanded and treated with BooS Block Board Cream.
