CALTHA PALUSTRIS LINN, also known as Marsh Marigold or Cowslip, is a species that can be found in swamps and meadows from Newfoundland to South Carolina, and west to Minnesota and Iowa. It was modeled in glass in 1899 by Leopold and Rudolph Blaschka. The glass model, labeled as Model 475, is part of the Ware Collection of Glass Models of Plants at the Botanical Museum of Harvard University.
