Belt buckle and lapel badge of Chemical Corps RKKA (Red Army). They shows the crossed poison-gas tanks and gas mask. For all the outer signs, it was made in 1930s. The buckle is made to some order in a private workshop, probably with a very small quantity, since there was no separate official belt buckle's sample for the Chemical Corps. Every soldier could order such a belt buckle in order to stand out among other ones. Picture on belt buckle based on a Order #33 of 10 Mart 1936.
