Pre WW2 US Navy Black Cap 7-1/8 Complete Black Dress Hat - Naval Uniform Service For Sale

I am selling what I believe is a Pre WW2 (WWII) US Navy black hat/cap that is a must-have for collectors of militaria. The hat features a complete dress hat service naval uniform service design, and is made by Naval Uniform Service. I do not know the exact date range of this but it looks quite old like maybe the 1930's. It has a brown leather looking band with what looks like straw type material under that. The military pin on the front has a winged eagle standing on an anchor with a shield. The cap was made in the United States, and fits a size 7-1/8 head.
