Pair of Framed Hand Cut Silouettes of George and Martha Washington c. 1895-1910 For Sale

We are offering this antique pair of hand cut silhouettes of George and Martha Washington. I think they date to c. 1900 or earlier. Both are in what appear to be the original black frames with old brass ring hangers. they both have handwritten titles in a very old fashioned hand. The silhouette of Martha Washington has rips (some repaired) and losses in the background paper but the the actual heavy cut silhouette is in good condition (as is the silhouette of George). Both have toning to the background. I have removed both images from the frames, cleaned the glass and added acid free backing paper. The overall size of the pieces is 6.25" x 5.25" . The images are about 4" x 2.25".
