Due to laws regulating the sale of antique slot machines, I, as the seller, will not sell to members in the states of Alabama, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nebraska, South Carolina, and Tennessee. offers from members residing in any of these states will be canceled. Buy It Now transactions with buyers residing in these states will be considered void.Offered in time for Christmas is this original antique 1933Mills penny Castle Front Special Gold Awardslot machine in nice unmolested, unrestoredcondition. All the castings are perfect, no cracks, chips, bends or repairs. The wooden cabinet is sound, very nice, relatively nick and mar free with decent original finish. The original paint, bright work and glass are too nice to re-do. Note the originalfortune reel strips: They\'re too nice to replace! Play this machine and have your fortune told at the same time! Actually, fortune-telling reel strips were a long-ago way around gambling laws. Theoretically, you weren\'t gambling but having your fortune told. The original award card shows its age but excellent reproductions are available. I think I have some originals if I can find them. Note the original inside-the-back-door operating instructions showing a manufacture date of 1935. My opinion is that this machine is older than1935 via the interior inspection sticker which indicates a build dateof 1933. Since the back door is painted black and, originally, the correct-colored backdoor to this machine would have been a gloss brown enamel, my guess is that this back door originally came with a different machine. It makes little difference since all Mills back doors from this era are of the same dimension and style. How often do you find vintage slots in this condition? This machine is one hundred percent complete and offered exactly as it was manufactured. If you\'re into original, unmolested vintage slots like I am, you won\'t be disappointed in this one. It plays and pays well but will benefit with a thorough cleaning and lubrication. It just came out of long time storage. I\'ve oiled theclock; every thing else works well. Note the original no-cheat devices: the clock stop, the jack-pot over-flow equipment, the brake wires, the vendor trip and the inside-the-case vendor actuator lever. Usually these are longgone. As you can see, this machine originallycame equipped with aside vendor, probably a stick-gum vendor. I have one of them, a Sword type vendor that\'s for use with stick gum but don\'t know if I\'m ready to get rid of it yet or if I\'ll use it on one of my other machines. The FOK logo is still on the handle side of this machine. One originalMills back door lock key is included (it fits this machine\'soriginalMills back door lock which I\'ve included and fastened into place since the original lock and key were missing when I found this machine. This machine has no rust, corrosion, old repairs or damage ever but needs cleaning and lubrication. TheSpecial Gold Award mechanism is complete and functions perfectly but has no award tokens. Again, I have dozens of them if I can find them but they\'re regularly available on inexpensively in any case. The cash box is old but has an open top and a handle similar to the handles that were on hi-top cash boxes but different than this one. Obviously, it\'s different than what this machine came with originally but works perfectly anyway. It\'s become popular to tell buyers they\'re getting a rust-free Montana barn find. That\'s what this machine is and there are 27 more machines left in the barn. I know the vintage slot market is currentlyweak so I\'m testing the water to see whether or not these machinesstill sell. I will carefully crate this machine in a specially built wooden crate, properly cushioned with sheetStyrofoam and bubble wrap. I will ship it insured to any lower U.S. location via Federal Express for $175. I\'ve never had a machine damaged this way. Thanks for looking, MerryChristmas, and God Bless!
