Superair Corporation only ships products to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping to anywhere outside the continental United States, please contact us to process your order manually. This will help us obtain the best shipping rates for you. All orders over 70 lbs are shipped via FedEx Freight to ensure proper handling of your system during transport. All orders 70 lbs and under may shipped via signature required UPS or FEDEX ground or Freight company. We might ask for your phone number as required by the freight company. Someone must be at the site to accept the delivery, otherwise \"redelivery\" charges may be demanded by carrier from the buyer. If a delivery is refused, it will be handled as return merchandise as per our Return policy. Superair Corporation takes great pride in making every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in a timely manner and in good condition. However, occasionally damage does occur because of the many mechanical parts, solder connections and refrigerant contained in this type of equipment. It is very important to inspect your shipment upon delivery or pick-up prior to signing the delivery receipt. If the shipment is damaged and unusable, it may be necessary to refuse the orders before the freight compay leaves. Please be precise when noting details of any damage along with photographs which can be very helpful in the success of processing a claim for damage. Any damage discovered after packaging has been removed must be reported to Superair Corporation immediately.

Customers are welcome to pick up their purchases in person from our local facilities in Rosemead, California, provided that an appointment for pickup is scheduled. Customer service will provide instructions for scheduling a pickup via email within 24 hours of order placement. Superair requires two (2) business days advance notice for local pickups. All local pick up customers will also be required to present a valid form of ID (drivers license or credit card) with the identical name that appears on the receipt.

Superair Corporation cannot be held liable for improper installation and operation of any equipment purchased from Superair Corporation. Please be advised that federal law prohibits opening any refrigeration line by anyone not properly licensed. Manufacturer warranties will only be honored if submitted by installing HVAC technician.
