The Flyers won 4-1.
The game featured 6 Hall of Famers. Bobby Clarke and Lanny McDonald each scored goals while Bill Barber had 2 assists. Bernie Parent was the winning goaltender. Borje Salming and Darryl Sittler appeared in the game.
Other goals were scored by Reggie Leach, who also had 2 assists, Orest Kindrachuk, and Gary Dornhoefer.
