This is 100% original pennant from 1969z. It does show age but has no rips and no holes. In 1947 Neil attended purdue collage. He was asked back to return to speak and receive a reward before his death. He met with keith krach who was purdues chairman. Neil signed serveral nasa related items. During his speech he spoke about his first steps on the moon. He also made jokes about the dark side of the moon.
