Used, some scratches, rust, broken piece on roof This was part of a bulk lot I bought at an estate sale. I am not a train expert and I do not have a way of testing electrical things like lighting and whether locomotives run. I do try to show as much detail in the pics and try to point out any obvious flaws. Many of these cars and buildings aredirty and need some q-tip type cleaning. If I do that for each one, I\'ll never get them listed, so I start the prices a little lower to compensate. That also allows you the joy of working on them. LOL. They are used and enjoyed, so there will almost always be some flaws. Some pieces arein excellent condition, some, not so much.I ship from California, so I have to price shipping to the east coast since I don\'t know where the winner will be. If you are on the west coast, I am happy to adjust shipping when possible. I am not interested in making a profit on shipping. I will also combine shipping to save money if you buy multiple items. But, you must wait for an invoice before paying. I ship one and two pound packages by priority Mail as the cost is nearly the same as Standard which takes twice as long to get to you.
