1976 TOPPS BASEBALL CARD (#130) SIGNED by LUIS TIANT of the BOSTON RED SOX. This card is in near mint condition. The autograph is in dark blue ink pen.Tiant pitched for the Red Sox from 1971-1978. He also pitched for the Indians (1964-1969), Twins (1970), Yankees (1979-1980), Pirates (1981, 9 games) and Angels (1982, 6 games). Overall the Cuban righthander pitched in 573 games with a 229-172 record and 3.30 ERA. He had four seasons of 20 wins or more. In 1997 he was inducted into the Boston Red Sox Hall of Fame. In 2002 he was inducted into the Hispanic Heritage Baseball Museum Hall of Fame. Tiant is now 77 years old, residing in Wells, Maine.
