THIS WEEK IS AN ESTATE SALE WITH A GREAT VARIETY OF ANTIQUES COLLECTABLES,VINTAGE JEWELRY AND FINE ART.

This offer is foran amazing Lionel Train set from around 1939.I am not a Lionel Train expert but will tell you as much as I can.The first owner was born in 1930 and gotthe set for his (pretty sure)9th birthday.He played with it for a few years and then WWll broke out and his family moved. Apparently it has beenin the original boxes for over 60 years. So it lookslike atrain set that was used for a few years.Wheels and undereside look new!All four cars have their original (RED) paint and each has at least 95 % or better of it.NO REPAIRS!NO DENTS!There are some flakes on the front of the Power Car(1700E) and back of the Observation Car ( 1702). A few flakes on each Coach Car ( 1701). Chrome trim is probably aluminum ,bodies are steel. Power car has mark on bottom \"Junior\". Thereis a socket on theinside roof where the headlight bulb fit butthe bulb is missing.Condition wise, I givethe set aC7 Excellentrating. Each car comes with it\'s original box. All four boxesare mostly complete. Power car has all flaps on one side and inner flaps missing on the other. Observation Box has all flaps onboth sides. Coach boxeshave full flaps on one side andouter flaps missing on the oppositeside.
