LODGE (Unmarked) 11.25" Cast Iron RIDGED SKILLET w/Bottom Ring (Axford Style)

Description of item...Here we have an early model heavy duty cast iron round RIDGED SKILLET with side spouts, a handle and an exterior bottom inset heat/smoke ring made by LODGE (unmarked.) The bottom is marked, "9 ~ TB ~ MADE IN USA ~ H" and the ring is notched at the 9, 12, 3 o'clock positions. [NOTE: "TB" stands for "Top of Stove Broiler" (an Axford style skillet.)]It measures approx. 11-1/4" in top diameter (add 4=1/2" for the handle) x 9" in base diameter x 2-1/4" side high.It is in good to very good maintained (used) condition with no cracks or chips, no rust or oxidation. It has NOT been cleaned since acquired andbeing offered in "as found" condition currently showing some interior surface cook/heat marks from light cooking...appearing to have had less than normal use (a clean and re-seasoning then good to go.) Came from a private home of many years, however the exact age is unknown, circa 1960-1987. This item weighs approx. 8 lbs., add 3 lbs. or so for the packing box and packing material. I combine shipping when safe and practical for all items purchased.
