Key from Collection of Harry Houdini Previously at Houdini Magical Hall of Fame:
$540.00

I, David Muller, am the son of the late Henry Muller (1930 – 2017), who was the founder, owner and curator of the Houdini Magical Hall of Fame in Niagara Falls, Canada. My father, in 1967, purchased Houdini’s original locks, picks, keys, illusions and paraphernalia from Joseph Dunninger. Dunninger had acquired them from Houdini’s wife Beatrice and Houdini’s brother Hardeen, to whom Houdini had bequeathed the collection. The Houdini Magical Hall of Fame existed from 1968 to 1995.

In 1995, a fire consumed much of the museum. This key was in a display in a part of the museum that was not consumed by the flames. It is displayed in a shadow box next to a photo of one of the key displays in the museum. On the reverse is a photo of another key display from the museum, along with the original Houdini Magical Fraternity Tidings Spring 1976 published by the museum.

In addition to this, the original guidebook, an original postcard from the museum and a copy of the book “Growing Up With Houdini” is included. The book can be inscribed by the author if the buyer so requests.
