Kenwood TR 7400A with 700 scan 2 comes with Mic. and power cord. The radio puts out full power on all bands can be seen in pictures. The mic. is a Drake 1525EM an the power cord. The watt meter is NOT in the offer.

The scanner has on it 7400 scan 2 I do not think it is a Kenwood scanner it is some after market product. It does scan and the delay works it will scanfrom 144 to 147 and has a position to scan each band and scan from 146 to 147. I was not able to find info for the scanner on the net so that is all I know about it.
