1961 Ind Coope Darts Championship half-pint pewter mug.Stamped on the base "London Pride Pewter" with the dome of St Paul'sCathedral and serial number. This classic-style tankard stands 3¾"tall and is3" in diameter across the top.

Heavy metal IndCoope"Long Life" beer can opener. Measures 4¼" x ¾"; stamped withinstructions for use: "Insert under can rim and leverupwards. Pierce two holes.Made in England."

Theoperation of a beer canopener may seem self-evident today, but theinstructions were likely quite useful at the time. Canned beer was notcommon inBritain 60-odd years ago, and Ind Coope's Long Life lager,introduced in 1956, was the only beer brewed specifically for canning.
