Here’s an interesting artifact from the early1900s! This HUGE metal ring likely is one that could have been worn by J. G.Tarver, the Texas Giant! This over 8’ tall man traveled with the circus in theearly 1900s, and was a popular attraction.

This ring was likely a souvenir picked up by acircus attendee. It is made from heavy pot metal, and has an aged, grey metalpatina.

Condition:

This ring is in VERY GOOD condition. It has some moderate surface wear, as it was likely played with and then stored in a child’s keepsake box. The ring has no major damage or flaw!
