This beautiful ornamental bird belongs in a brass cage and is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau style. It is a German or French singing automaton bird that is perhaps like those created by Karl Griesbaum or Bontems. This collectible piece is old, dating back to the early 1900s to 1920s, and is an original antique.

Works like a charm. The bird\'s tail moves its beak moves.

Super cute. It does have some dust inside the cage which I will leave that up to the buyer. I do not want to touch these things.
