The blade edge is plain, and the knife has a lockback lock type for secure use.The handle is made of brass frame with black Micarta inlays, giving the knife a sturdy and comfortable grip. The knife is 8" long and has a leather scabbard sheath for easy storage and transportation. This knife was manufactured in the United States in 1982 and is an original Gerber product.
