This is a rare, signed limited first edition of the miniature book "Global Stability" signed in ink by President Gerald Ford.The book measures 2" x 2 3/4" and is hard covered. It's published by Lord John Press in 1981.This is the text of an address by Ford at Visa International - Quebec on September 8, 1980.Ford has signed the book, in ink, on the last page, which is also the limitation page.
