Maker: It's indisputable: Limoges says quality. And T&V - Tressemann and Vogt - produced some of the world's finest and most beautiful Limoges porcelain.
Age: This elegant sugar bowlhas two marks: the green underglaze "T&V Limoges France" white mark number 7, which was in use from 1892 to 1907, and the T&V magenta bell decorator's mark number 16 that was in use between 1907 and 1919. That means it was produced in 1907, the only year the marks overlap.Source: The Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain by Mary Frank Gaston, third edition.
