Best I can tell this is a vintage Fredrick Cooper lamp. Heavy brass with a nice base and recently was rewired with a new cord and socket, hence the hole cut in the bottom felt. Total height is 28" wigh finial. Width comes out at max 9.5". It's big and looks great, has a couple small spots of patina from age but works great and looks fantastic.
