This is an extremely large German Franco-Prussian War veterans banner that was taken out of Prussia during World War II by an American soldier and brought back stateside. It features a wide variety of medals, ribbons, and decorative items utilized by units and soldiers during the Franco-Prussian War and is in great condition for its age. Some medals are missing, as described, but very few compared to how many are there.
