The value of this village\'s buildings and accessories is predicted to increase significantly. Many pieces have already appreciated greatly in value.

** We use a \"ring\" lamp to photograph many of our items. We also use a lot of styrofoam in our shipping process. If any presumeddefects are noted in the photos of any of our pieces, they are likely from the light\'s reflection or a stray small flake of styrofoam that was not noticed during the photo session. ** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village. North Pole and Disney Parks Village series from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. For serious buyers, we are more than happy to take pictures of the individual items prior to shipment at the buyer\'s direction.
We will NOT be able to physically list all of the Dept 56 and Walt Disney Classics Collection items before Christmas 2021. If you are looking for a specific item, please inquire. We have many general accessories, specific village accessories, trees, lights, etc.

Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate \"germs\" on the surface. Specific virus names cannot be listed here per policy (apparently); however, you know which one we are targeting. Shippers, masked and gloved, thenplace your purchase into the final shipping box. This process does not harm your collectible nor change the printing on the box.
