USE & CONDITION

Gentlydisplayed during the Christmas season by a long-time collector. Cleanedwell before returning to its box each year. Then stored in a climate-controlled,non-smoking area.

Any noted chips, cracks, missing items, or deficits of ANY type will bedisclosed here:

1) One of the two flag banners is missing,

2) The attachment on the end of ONE of the two \"World Series Champions\" banners is broken off. The banner is included for possible repair or attachment by other means, as determined by the buyer\'s ideas and skills,

3) Both trees and grates are missing. The owner used alternate trees from Department 56. (Not included).

Lightcord and NEW bulb included.

** We use a \"ring\"lamp to photograph many of our items. We also use a lot of Styrofoam inour shipping process. If any presumed defects are noted in the photos ofany of our pieces, they are likely from the light\'s reflection or a stray smallflake of Styrofoam that was not noticed during the photo session. ** We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included. For serious buyers, we are more than happy to take pictures of the individual items prior to shipment at the buyer\'s direction.

Lastly, being mostly a consignment service, our prices are set by eachitem\'s owner.Each collector or former retailer listing merchandisewith us is given the option of including a \"Make An Offer\" tab forbuyers to use for their BUY IT NOW listings.

The vast majorityof our long-time, serious collectors and former retailers prefer NOT to includethis option in their listings.They feel this lessens the value ofthese very popular collectibles.They attempt to price their listingsclose to the current, fair, market price and prefer not to be contacted severaltimes for each piece they list with us discussing discounts in a ?garage sale?type of interaction. Many of our sellers tell us \"If we were wilingto accept a lower price, we would have listed it at that price\".
