How you can tell is the sleeves; the Redskins debut this alternate jersey during Green\'s retirement season in 2002 and if you notice that the arrowheads on the sleeve are extremely small. The following seasons afterwards, the jersey had much large arrowheads on the sleeves. Its a dead giveaway if you know what you are looking for. A lot of people try to pass off the later season alternate as the jersey Green wore his retirement season but that is not true - only the small arrowheads on the sleeves is what he wore.
