[Product Description]: DJI Care Refresh 2nd Edition allows you to receive refresh exchange service up to 3 times (3 times includes 2 flights) by paying a small additional fee within the 2-year validity period. (includes replacement service after loss). It supports a wide range of failure scenarios such as submergence and crashes. Other service benefits include flight loss protection, dedicated technical support, and free round-trip shipping. Additionally, if the Refresh Replacement Service is unused during the validity period, we will extend your product\'s manufacturer warranty period by one year after the current DJI Care Refresh expiration date. ■[Three refresh exchange benefits]: You can receive the refresh exchange service up to three times in two years, and two of those times can be used as flight loss guarantee. Replaced products will be replaced with new products or products that are equivalent to new products in terms of performance and reliability. Refresh replacement costs are 18,900 yen (tax included) for the first time, 22,900 yen (tax included) for the second time, and 27,900 yen (tax included) for the third time. The replacement cost after a lost flight is 75,900 yen (tax included). ■[Manufacturer\'s warranty extension benefit]: The standard 1-year manufacturer\'s warranty is extended to 2 years. Additionally, if you have never used a product refresh exchange during the validity period of DJI Care Refresh, the manufacturer\'s warranty period will be extended for another year as a bonus. ■[DJI Care Express service benefit]: By using the DJI Care Express service, you can skip the product damage assessment and estimation process.
