This is the complete book – including the United States Cartridge Company advertising page. It does have some wear – there is minor corner damage to almost every page from where the pages were turned – so mostly to the upper left but sometimes the upper right. And the back cover page has a pretty strong crease in the lower left corner – or the lower right when the book is open. Each page measures 9 by 5 ½. Manufactured by Forbe’s Lithograph out of Boston.
