Chicago Safe & Lock Co. Large Antique Bank Safe For Sale

This is a very unique bank safe made in 1906 by the Hall\'s Safe Compant of cinicinnati, Oh and shipped to Woodburn, Oregon and used in the \"R. B. WRAY of WOODBURN\". However, on the front of the safe it says Chicago Safe & Lock Co. and the dealer\'s name who sold it (John E. Davis of Portland, Oregon). Again, the paper work or directions for operating are from The Hall\'s Safe Company,m however it was built by the Chicago Safe Co.. It stand 60 inhes from floor to top of safe and is 41 1/2 in. wide by 31 in. deep. The inside storage area is 36 in. X 28 in. this has a set of keys (2) to open it and also has a key lock internal area (10 in. X 7 1/2 in. X 13 1/2in. that has 2 keys. On the outside it has a beautiful painting of mountains with a river running thur and three men that looks like they are miners. It is in excellent shape. The locking mechanism looks to be silver plated and again is in good shape. The inside design is of a lake scene with trees and mountains in the background. I would rate this as good to better shape. It sits on 4 each 9 inch wheels. The outside door have silver stops on both top & bottom of the doors. The inside storage has a wood and carpet finish. It is in GREAT shape. All in all this is a great \"working\" piece of history. One that you would prize of a long time. I have more pictures so if you need to see more just ask, thank you.
