Charly 22” Annette Himstedt#0166 vinyl 1996 doll originalbox clothes shipper and partial COA (see photo). He is from Chicago and wears a capover his ginger brown mohair locks. His trousers & waistcoat are brownlinen & cotton cloth & his shirt is white linen with a stand upcollar.He is wearing black hand knitted knee-high socks & brownleather shoes.Charly was limited to one production year, 1996. Theoriginal retail on him was $690.00

Himstedt\'s1996 dolls were unique in that they were the first year she introduced 3 newfeatures:
1) A special joint (Spezialgelenk) designed to make the arms stay in anyposition.
2) A bracelet embossed with the Himstedt logo. (see photo)
3) \"Newly developed skin tones\" & color treatments designed togive the \"skin-like surface an individual & lively expression\".
CONDITION:Iam a consignment seller so I do not own this doll. I am selling for the owner.Comes from a smoke free home and been stored for many years in a climatecontrolled home. Previously owned and other than messy hair that can berestyled he is in excellent condition.
