Shipping, Handling and Packaging of our Merchandise

We use the shipping estimator when it comes to what to charge for shipping each item. We add $1.00 in handling charges (unless otherwise specified in our listing) to offset the cost of shipping supplies. Given that most of our items are fragile, the $1.00 in handling charges does not cover the cost to us for packaging but it does help to offset the high cost of such products (bubble wrap, boxes, foam, dividers, etc.). If you look at our reviews you will see all of our sales are delivered on-time or before scheduled date and just as important, unbroken. We do not skimp on shipping supplies. Almost everything goes in a box, and anything less than 36 cubic inches is the same price to ship, typically (USPS). If you think the shipping is too much, please reach out and talk with us. We will try to get it ship in the manner you want.

We recycle and reuse boxes and packaging materials whenever possible in order to provide the lowest shipping costs possible to our customers. We take great care in packaging our pieces to ensure you will receive your item in the condition that you purchased it.

We will process your purchase within 1 business day of full payment being received. That means as long as you paid for the item before Thursday at midnight (Friday morning), we will get it shipped out on Saturday. Anything Friday-Sunday will be printed to ship on Monday. This is why we have allowed ourselves the 1-day handling time.

Multiple Listing Purchases

Please contact us before you pay if you are wanting to purchase multiple items from our store with combined shipping. We are willing to combine shipping costs on most items but not on all. This is because some pieces are very fragile and we do not want your purchase to arrive damaged.
