CONFEDERATE DOG RIVER CAVALRY SABER - CIVIL WAR - SWORD
Item description - 35 1/4 inch heavy unstopped fuller blade, 41 inches total length, 1840 style heavy brass hilt by unknown maker. The grip is rewrapped. There is a “CS” stamped on the side of the guard of unknown original or vintage, not typical to Confederate swords. No scabbard.
CONDITION: Very good overall as grip restored, blade is fine gray/white, sharpened, good tip.
