The letter comes with 2pp typed copy letter from George Thomas Post, Chicago, Nov 28, 1928 to Post Commanders \" in an endeavor to defeat a a Congressional Bill to mark honor rebel soldiers and mark their graves urging vets to protest to their Senators with examples of titles condemning efforts to mark the \"Traitors\" graves with headstones, and honor \"rebels who fought to keep a race in bondage\".
