Many professional banjo builders and players agree that there is no better prewar Mastertone-style tone ring made today. This one is stamped \"BUR 10-22-07\". I bought it brand new in Nov 2007 and had it since then in a PB-1 5-string conversion custom built for me. Like just about all Burlile rings, this one is un-plated. Weighs 3 lbs 3 oz. These tone rings are in high demand and you don\'t find one for sale very often.
