For sale is a truly unique collectible from the 2017 MLB season- an MLB authenticated lineup card from the dugout wall of the MAY 20, 2017 SF Giants versus STL Cardinals game, won by SF 3-1 (in STL). Incredibly,the evening affair lasted 13 innings before either team scored a run! The Giants struck first in the top half of the 13th when Buster Posey, Brandon Crawford and Eduardo Nunez laced 3 consecutive singles off Cardinals reliever, Kevin Siegrist. With the bases loaded, Christian Arroyo doubled to left field, scoring both Posey and Crawford. Nick Hundley followed up with asacrifice fly to right field, scoring Nunez for a 3-0 lead. Reliever Hunter Strickland pitched the 11th and 12th innings, yieldingonly 2 singles with 3 strikeouts and was thepitcher on-record when theGiants took thelead. The victorymarked Strickland\'s first win of his 2017 campaign andhis 8th career W. Mark Melancon allowed a run in the bottom of the 13th inning but closed out the nearly 4-hour game, with his 133rd career save.
The win marks Bruce Bochy\'s 1808th career victory and his 857th victory as the SF Giants skipper. Bruce \'Boch\' ranks 11th on the all-time MLB managers wins list with 2003 victories. Bochy joins Tony LaRussa, Sparky Anderson, Miller Huggins and John McGraw with 3 World Series titles. The lineup card features the future Hall of Fame manager\'s AUTHENTIC autograph.
