British Made Complete Near Mint M1928 Havesack World War II Web Gear Pack For Sale

British Made M1928 Havesack from World War II. Made in Great Britain for the US Army and marked M.E. Co. 1944 BRITISH MADE (Mills Equipment Co.). Set is complete with both upper (haversack) and lower (pack carrier) portions and coupling strap. Note the coupling strap is canvas web not leather as seen in US-made packs. All straps, snaps, and buckles are present and are the unique style specific to British made web gear. Meat can pouch is also included although I do not think it is original to the rest of the pack. Meat can pouch is unmarked. It appears to have a standard US buckle but the fabric is a close match to the rest of the pack.Overall near mint with a small rust stain inside the pack carrier and a few small stains on the meat can pouch.
