Like New with Box. This knife is in like new, uncarried, unused condition with original the box. No blemishes or defects. The blade has a faint stain on it from being in the sheath. The Box has been taped and has some handling marks on it. What you see in the pics is exactly what you will get.

The BarkRiver Puukko is a cool American interpretation of the classic ScandinavianPuukko knife. Striking about the Puukko is the way the blade runs so smoothlythrough the handle. Because of the shape of the handle you can hold the Puukkoin many different ways. As such you can use it for various bushcrafttechniques.

The blade ismade from CPM 3CV-steel. A tool steel that is known for its exceptionalstrength. As such it won't break and will retain its sharpness well. You do,however, need to be careful with moisture and acids: CPM 3V is not completelystainless. So clean it after use and occasionally add a drop of oil to keepthis knife in great shape. The edge has been enhanced with a convex grind whichyou can maintain by stropping it.

The handleis made from desert Ironwood. A strong and light-weight material. Feelscomfortable in hand, even in wet or cold circumstances.

The BarkRiver Puukko comes with a nice leather belt sheath. It is enhanced with across-shaped belt loop to make sure you can carry it in many different ways. Italso contains a firesteel loop.
