Authentic Native American artifact Axe War Club found in Kearney Missouri 1951 For Sale

This is an authentic Native American War Club found in 1951.. It was found in a cave in Kearney Missouri by W.L. Cole on private land with some other artifacts which I may be listing later.. when I received these items I took them to the Cahokia Mounds museum in Collinsville Illinois and met with the head curator to get an assessment of a couple of the items with handles and his jaw hit the floor when I pulled them out and he inspected them closely for about an hour and gave me an assessment mid 1800\'s Northern plains... This is made so beautifully and just more beautiful in person, the awesome stone which is very rare to find by itself little long being on the stick,,, it\'s attached with rawhide and sinew and the patina is unbelievable. It measures 16\" long and the stone is 6\" and very polished.. The curator also asked me to put a couple of them in the museum including this one.. So I was definitely honored and happy that they were ruled authentic... As is piece refer to pictures and contact me with any questions..
