This is a super Victorian vintage silk top hat with leather travel case. Great condition on this 6\" tall hat with brim. I am not sure of the size of the hat- it is marked best quality Bennetts London. The case is as shown- but it sure has been around. it is detaching from the bottom as shown- but not all the way around- circumference of the hat is about 21\".. All in all a wonderful vintage piece.
