Antique late 1800's ~early 1900's Indigo Blue Calico Fabric Quilt Backing
This is the last length I have left of this beauty!
This panel is an original quilt backingMaterial in excellent condition in a deep indigo and off white tone swirl pattern.This pattern reminds me of some of the calico dresses you see in old cabinet card photos from the 1800's. An original antique.
Measurements:
39 inches in length
32.5 inches width to selvedges
Condition:Gentle fade throughout with two pea size holes in the main area and a smattering of holes in the upper left corner area as well as a hole area with spot near the edge. There is a faded fold line near the top edge. There are some loose threads within the selvedges. The material was never quilted or string tied either leaving the fabric in near perfect condition.
