Antique Folk Art Wood Burmese Man And Woman Marionette Articulated READ For Sale

This listing is for an incredibly unique antique folk art Burmese/Thailand man and woman marionette set.

The craftsmanship on these two is amazing.

Both have intricately carved wooden details and articulating/moving eyes, mouths, arms and fingers, and legs and feet.

Each are around 21” in length.

The woman is atomically correct and her Lady Bits are movable.

The man supposedly has an articulated Johnson, but I’m not seeing it (poor guy).

Each figure wearing traditional Thai silk and linen clothing that are adorned with accents.

Both marionettes have condition issues, but could be fixed if restored.

Both of their strings are a hot mess-a few are frayed and few are tangled.

On the man, the wooden “I” piece that controls the strings is missing a piece.

The eye in the woman is missing the paint, but it still moves.

The feet, hands, faces, and real human hair are in good condition.

The clothes on both are in excellent condition with no tears, soil, or smell.
