Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working 1905 Elgin 'Grade 214 Veritas' Model 8 Gents 23 Jewel Large Victorian Railroad R.R. Grade Pocket Watch, made by the Elgin Nat'l Watch Company USA. The Porcelain Dial is a Montgomery 24 Hour Railroad Dial with Large Arabic Numerals, Signed "M. Bilsky & Son Ottawa Ont", in Good Condition!!! The Fancy Damaskeened Movement is signed "Veritas Elgin ILL. USA11926216 23 Jewels Adjusted 5 Positions", With Ruby and Diamond Jewels. This Case is a Large Open Face Nickel Silver Case with Gold Buck Stag on the Back, in Good Original Condition. The Watch is Large and is Size 18s and is a "Lever Set" Watch.I Wound the Watch Up and it is in Working Condition and Runs and Sets Correctly, But Has Not Been Serviced and is Being Sold As Found.
