The new S Gauge U33C by Lionel is made from all-new tooling and boasts the incomparable Lionel LEGACY Control System.           Lionel Factory Refurbished Products have been tested for mechanical and electronic performance and have passed a rigorous testing procedure in LEGACY, TMCC and Conventional operation (pursuant to the features of the specific product). All Factory Refurbished Products are in perfect operating condition (unless otherwise noted in the product description).

          Packaging: Please note that product packaging may be missing, tattered, dented, torn or incomplete; it may have writing or labels applied to it. Packaging of Factory Refurbished Products is not covered by any type of warranty implied or suggested.

          Lionel Factory Refurbished Products have a 60-day limited warranty (pursuant to the guidelines of the current Lionel warranty policy) effective from the date of purchase. To obtain such warranty service, contact Lionel Customer Service at 586-949-4100, extension 2. Lionel Customer Service is available Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EDT. You MUST contact Lionel Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number before sending any item to Lionel. All warranty repairs MUST include a copy of the original receipt.

          Returns / Refunds

          Returns, exchanges or refunds will only be accepted should the product fail to be consistent with the description listed on the Lionel store. All other sales are final.

          Should you return a Factory Refurbished Product to Lionel for service you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number from Lionel Customer Service. To return the item that you purchased from the Lionel store, please contact us through your log in and follow the link for your purchase.

          Your request to return a product must be received within 60 days of placing your order. A Return Authorization Number will be sent to you via email.

          Returns are subject to inspection by Lionel staff to determine if the product was mishandled, misused or abused. Lionel, at its discretion may determine a replacement of the product is in order, in place of a refund.

          Under no circumstances are shipping charges paid for by Lionel.
