For Sale: AlliedIdentification model of aSAVOIA MARCHETTI SM-79 Bomber. This model measures 8 1/2\" in lenght and 10 1/2\" wing span. It is made of \"Bakealite\", an early plastic. Alone it weighs just under a pound. A pretty substantial model for its size. Again, it is of WWII manufacture, made by Curver MFG. CO.October 1942. This means it is a 74 year old item. It is not perfect, but it is solid, straight, and complete.The wings, tail fin, tail surfaces, and rear supports are intact and not warped Previous buyer could not pay for item and canceled sale, so I am relisting.
