This is a set of postcards released by Australia Post in 1978. This set is known as Series II of their pre-stamped postcards. The set depicts Australia in all its variety and individuality, including its modern cities, rural countryside, lush pastures, arid deserts, spectacular mountain regions, gently rolling lowlands and unique Australian flora and fauna. Each card is pre-stamped with a 20 cents postage stamp in the image of the individual card. The set was issued in October 1978.
