Marked 189 but I can’t make out what it says right above the number. I’ve taken two close-up pictures for you to see, maybe you can help?

It closes, but it does not have a lock so it doesn’t stay closed . There is gaps between the left one and the right one (i’ve taken pictures of every angle). It is very solid and heavy pewter. It is beautiful and great for display or a collection of Molds.
