A new old stock Waltham or Elgin 22 size car or travel clock case - the stem tube is threaded, meaning either Waltham or Elgin movements can be used.

This case can be machined to accept a 37 size movement.

Its overall diameter is 68.5 mm, the diameter of the internal shelf area in the rear where the movement would fit in is 45.5 mm. The diameter of the internal shelf area in front is 47 mm. The snap-on back inside diameter is 62 mm. The bezel outer diameter is 68.5 mm. The Bezel inside threaded area is 64 mm. The case thickness not including the back or bezel is 12.5 mm.

The rear cover and plastic crystal have very minor scratches from slightly careless storage and the rear cover has some discoloration.

I have added a picture of the rear with the cover removed but it is a generic picture as removing the cover on 11 of these I am listing is difficult as I only have one working arm.
