· PAYMENTS: On buy it now purchases,
payment is required immediately. On any winning sale, you are expected to

the right to block you from making or attempting to make future purchases from

· CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to
cancel any transactions from members with multiple negative response, or
that we deem is a risk to our business or a risk to the transaction, where we
believe the buyer may try and defraud or deceive our business. We also may or
may not honor a request for a cancellation from a buyer. Most times
cancellations will not be granted because items are shipped fairly quickly
after payment is made.

· DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within the United States):
Shipping on most items is usually an economy class of shipping, such as FedEx
SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail and takes approximately 5-12 business days
after being shipped. Other shipping options are available, but do incur an
extra fee, paid in part by you. This quicker shipping speed can be USPS
Priority Mail 3-5 business days, FedEx Home/Ground 3-6 business days, and
sometimes overnight or 1-day shipping. Please see the listing for the
appropriate shipping options and what is available to you. Larger or heavier
items may incur an extra shipping cost. Total delivery times can be expected
from 4-8 business days on domestic deliveries in the United States,

· INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the United
States): Shipping on many items we have on that are going to countries
outside the United States are usually shipped with ’s international
shipping program. Depending on your world location in relationship to the USA,
shipping times vary greatly. Canadian shipments usually are completed within
7-10 business days. European countries are usually 14-25 business days. The
remainder of the world can take upwards of a month or longer. Please keep this
in mind when ordering. If you need an expedited shipping service, please reach
out to us. Do keep in mind that direct shipping to you internationally can be
3-4x the price of what the international shipping rates are. We do not
discount our rate because of import duties that your resident country may
impose. If we do not offer international shipping program, there is
usually a restriction on the item or another reason we do not offer it on a
specific product or to a specific world location. Please remember you are
responsible for import duties, taxes, and any other fees that your country
imposes on imported goods.

· SIGNATURE / INSURANCE: We are required to
have a direct signature on orders of more than $750 completed on . There is
no way around this, this is to protect our business, as well as you the buyer.
We may require a signature on packages that are valued as little as $200
at our own discretion. We require this for our own protection and for the protection
of the buyer. Most of the time if you are not available to accept a package
that requires a signature, it can be forward to the Post Office, signed for
online through Informed Delivery, or picked up from the Post Office after a
delivery attempt. Please note that this is only on packages shipped via USPS.
We also ship FedEx and UPS. Most of the time packages can be forwarded to a
FedEx location or UPS store and can be done easily on their respective app or
by calling their customer service and providing them with the tracking number.
Packages over $500 will be fully insured for the entire value of the package.
If the package is valued at less than $500 and you have a concern with delivery
or have delivery issues in the past, please message us immediately after
completing the payment, so we can insure the package.

· RETURNED TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Shipments
that are returned to sender because of incorrect addresses, entered in by you
the buyer to ’s system, will have a refund applied minus the outbound
shipping cost. This refund usually takes place the same business day or a day
later, after the package is received back. Full refunds will not be given on
orders where the buyers address is incorrect with and the Post Office
cannot properly forward. Please make note that if you have moved or changed
addresses, that you make the update in before you make any purchase. Once
a purchase is made, the address cannot be changed on the seller’s end. It must
be shipped to the address recorded with . We WILL NOT change an address
after the payment is completed.

· RETURNS: Returns are most likely allowed
within 30 days after you receive the item, UNLESS they are trading cards
of any sort, including PSA/BGS/BCCG graded cards. If returns are allowed, they
are to be made through ’s automatic return system. As the seller, we do not
provide you directly a shipping label to return the item. You must follow the
return an item on the actual purchased item. Once the 30-day window has
elapsed, you will no longer be able to return the item. You must return the
item in the original condition as pictured in the listing. If there is a defect
or issue with the item, please send us a message on to inform us about the
defect. If we receive an item back from you, the buyer, in a condition other
than how it was originally sent, you will receive either a reduced return or
will not receive a return and will be then notified that you have not
returned the proper item. If you receive a graded trading card that is damaged,
please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. We will work with you to
rectify the situation in a swift manner.

· SUSPECTED FRAUD ATTEMPTS: Any attempts of
fraudulent purchases will be handled by all and local laws affecting the
sale. Unauthorized transactions by utilizing a fraudulent credit card or other
form of payment, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Any
attempts to deceive or to defraud the seller will be enforced by .

· TRADING CARD GUIDELINES: Condition Notes: We
express no guarantee on any specific card condition that are deemed as RAW /
Ungraded. We strive to list all imperfections that raw cards have. However, we
may not always notice slight defects. These slight defects can be anything from
off-centering more than 60/40 or even 70/30. Slight edge wear or slight corner
issues. At times, especially with chrome style cards, they may have scratches
on the front of the card or even the back of the card. These cards are prone to
scratching more than your typical “paper” cards. Raw ungraded cards will not be
assessed any sort of “condition” note, nor do we try and asses a “grade” to any
raw ungraded cards. Ungraded cards are strictly that, ungraded and may come
with condition issues. Some cards may even come with minor impressions or dents
in them that we do not notice at the time of listing. If you are expecting to
purchase a raw card from us or anyone online, do not anticipate that the card
if being sent for grading, will be graded a 10 without inspecting it with your
own in person eye. If you have questions or additional concerns and do not
understand the above statements regarding raw trading cards, please either ask
us before purchasing, or do not buy raw/ungraded cards from us. As a seller, we
strive to always list the utmost of quality cards that we have in our
inventory. There is no intention to try and deceive a buyer whatsoever by
hiding any condition notes. But all cards are not perfect, and some if not most
will have some sort of condition issue with them.

· TRADING CARD RETURN POLICY: We stand by a strict no
return policy on trading cards. Trading cards can be considered investments to
some. The card market fluctuates on a day-by-day case. The card market has many
factors, including time of year, real-life events, and overall as a whole,
market fluctuations. Because of this, we do not accept returns on any
raw/ungraded or even graded cards. However, if there are any transit issues
with the card once you receive it, please contact us immediately. We always
strive to rectify the situation with our customers. If you have concerns about
the card in the listing, please contact us before purchasing. We always strive
to list our cards with the correct description and let the buyer know if there
