A odd variation that is most likely a cutting error. Off center cards a very common in most Topps products but Now cards being less then a 9 on centering are basically non existent. Of the 10’s of thousands I have bought this is the only one that I have found or that has even surfaced with a white boarder. So 1 in a million. You will have to pay a pretty penny to get this out of my collection.--joejoemay
