I am offering twe signatures by former Mayor Ed Koch of NYC...both mailing together to a former autograph collector in the 1980\'s. The mailing envelope from Mayor Koch will also come with this item.
I cannot guarantee that these signatures are authentic but I suspect that they are. Therefore, I am selling this item as a souvenir with no guarantee that they are authentic but I\'m certain that someone who specializes in this area will know. As such, if these signatures turn out to be not authentic they are not returnable.
